PVC Artificial Leather Production Solution
1. Formulation System Design
We provide complete PVC leather formulation solutions for various applications:
Base Resin: High-polymerization PVC resin (SG-1/SG-2) ensures mechanical strength
Plasticizer System: DINP/DOTP primary plasticizers with epoxy secondary plasticizers (40-80phr total)
Stabilization System: Composite Ca-Zn stabilizers with >60min thermal stability (180℃)
Modifiers: ACR processing aids and MBS impact modifiers
Functional Fillers: Nano calcium carbonate (15-25%), ultrafine talc powder (5-10%)
2. Production Process
2.1 Mixing Section
High-speed mixer: 110±5℃ hot mixing, ≤40℃ cooling
Internal mixer: 145-155℃ for 8-12 minutes
Twin-screw extrusion: 160-175℃ barrel, 170±5℃ die temperature
2.2 Calendering Coating Section
Four-roll calender: 170-185℃ roll temperature, 15-25m/min line speed
Substrate pretreatment: Plasma treatment or PU primer coating
Lamination methods: Hot press or doctor blade coating
2.3 Surface Treatment
Embossing: 150-165℃ at 8-12MPa pressure
UV coating: 0.01-0.03mm thickness
Printing: Gravure or digital printing options

Physical properties: Tensile strength >12MPa, elongation >200%
Weather resistance: QUV 500hrs, ΔE<3 color difference
Hand feel: >90% similarity to genuine leather
