1. Material Formulation Design
Our optimized PVC compound ensures excellent flexibility, durability, and processing performance for footwear applications:
PVC Resin: SG-3 or SG-5 grade for balanced rigidity and flexibility
Plasticizers: Primary DOP/DINP with secondary plasticizers for optimal softness (Shore A 55-90 adjustable)
Stabilizers: Advanced Ca-Zn systems for thermal stability and eco-compliance
Fillers: Surface-treated calcium carbonate (10-30% load) for cost optimization
Foaming Agents (optional): For lightweight expanded soles
2. Production Process
Compounding Stage
High-speed mixing at 100-110°C followed by cooling to <45°C
Twin-screw extrusion with precise temperature zones (150-175°C)
Strand pelletizing with underwater cutting system
Injection Molding
Recommended machine: Reciprocating screw type (L/D ratio 18:1-22:1)
Processing parameters:
Barrel temperature: 150-180°C (zone-controlled)
Mold temperature: 30-50°C
Injection pressure: 80-120 MPa
Cooling time: 20-40 seconds (varies by thickness)

Excellent flow properties (MFI 8-15g/10min @190°C)
