1. Formula Design
We use an optimized PVC transparent thin tube formula to ensure high clarity, excellent flexibility, and aging resistance. The basic formulation includes:
PVC Resin: High-purity SG-5 or SG-7 resin to ensure transparency and processing stability.
Plasticizer: Eco-friendly DOTP or DINP to enhance flexibility and reduce migration risk.
Stabilizer: Organotin or Ca/Zn stabilizers to ensure thermal stability and transparency.
Lubricant: Balanced internal/external lubricants to improve processing flow.
UV Inhibitor (optional): Enhances weather resistance for outdoor use.
2. Strict Raw Material Selection
PVC Resin: Test for volatile content (≤0.3%) and fish eyes to ensure purity.
Additives: Purity verified via chromatography to prevent transparency loss.
Colorants/Dyes (if needed): High-dispersion transparent masterbatch to avoid haze.
3. Mixing Process
High-Speed Hot Mixing: Temperature controlled at 110-120°C for even coating of PVC particles.
Cooling Mixing: Rapid cooling below 40°C to prevent agglomeration and maintain flowability.
4. Extrusion Pelletizing
Twin-screw extruder with low-temperature shear plastication (160-180°C) to minimize thermal degradation.
Die filtration (80-120 mesh) to remove impurities and ensure pellet purity.
5. PVC Thin Tube Forming
Extrusion Equipment: Precision single-screw extruder with a transparent专用 die.
Process Control:
Precise multi-zone temperature control (160-190°C).
Sizing sleeve and vacuum calibration ensure dimensional stability.
Online diameter gauge monitors tolerance (±0.1mm) in real time.
